Refunds and Compensations

You can ask for a refund or compensation by filling the downloadable form or contacting AIS Airlines via bookings@aisairlines.com.

If you are entitled to a refund or compensation this will be refunded to the credit card you used when paying for the flight(s). Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the request has been made. Refunds due to cancelled flights will be processed within 5 business days.
