Delays and Cancellations

In case of long delays of 2 hours or more or if AIS Airlines cancels a flight on which you hold a confirmed reservation, we shall either:

  1. Carry you at the earliest opportunity on a flight on which space is available without additional charge.
  2. Reroute you, within a reasonable period of time, to the destination shown on the ticket by an alternative airline and/or other means of transport.
  3. Make a refund.

In case of option 1 or 2, we shall provide you with assistance (e.g. phone calls, refreshments and accommodation) in reasonable relation to the waiting time caused by the cancellation.
